Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
Employee Records & HR Administration
Maintain updated employee files, HR database, and personnel records.
Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment verification, etc.).
Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
Payroll & Benefits
Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Assist in payroll preparation and salary disbursement.
Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave entitlements, end-of-service).
Employee Relations & Support
Address employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
Handle grievance procedures in line with company policies.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law (or relevant jurisdiction).
Maintain visa, work permit, and residency renewals in coordination with PRO.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Keep records of employee evaluations and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
Office-based role with occasional site visits (if required).
Standard working hours with flexibility based on company needs.
