to manage and oversee the company's payroll function. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, statutory deductions, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee records related to attendance, leave, and overtime.
Handle payroll queries and provide accurate resolutions to employees.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management review.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate disbursements.
Support audits and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in payroll administration (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations.
Proficiency in HR/payroll software (Mena ME/SAP and MS Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
