Position: HR Officer

Location: Dubai\xe2\x80\x8b

Salary: AED 5000 + other benefits as per labour laws.

Gender: Male\xe2\x80\x8b

Nationality: Indian\xe2\x80\x8b

Language Proficiency - English & Hindi \xe2\x80\x8b

Preferably from logistics background.

Qualifications:\xe2\x80\x8b

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree\xe2\x80\x8b?/Post Graduation in HR is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HR functions \xe2\x80\x8b specifically in recruitment and staffing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Focused and attention to detail
  • Should have working experience in UAE labour law\xe2\x80\x8bs and regulations
Duties & Responsibilities:\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Drafting and updating various documents such as job descriptions, performance appraisal,
forms, warning letters, termination letters and other HR related documents.\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Should have expertise in HR transaction such as processing of visa, compensation and
benefits, recruitment, and other related HR functions.\xe2\x80\x8b Also, should be familiar with HRMS.
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with
coordination with the concerned departments\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidates\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Conducting orientation program and briefing to new employee\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Maintaining employee\'s leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees\xe2\x80\x99
  • Attendance and Absenteeism and reporting it to the Human Resources Manager\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Must be able to handle employee grievances.
  • Doing the medical insurance application for the new employees\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Reviewing, updating, and maintaining proper filing such as employees\xe2\x80\x99 medical insurance
  • policies\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Preparing and forwarding emails to all the employees\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Attending and understanding employee\xe2\x80\x99s grievances in their work engagement level and
implementing corrective measures for them\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management\xe2\x80\x99s approval\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be
able to perform their duties.\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking
up about issues\xe2\x80\x8b
