TSL Group is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all HR functions in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Kuwait Labor Law, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Coordinate with government authorities (MGRP, PACI, visas, work permits, residencies).
Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Support training, HR audits, and employee development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience in Kuwait covering all HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and local HR practices.
Bilingual proficiency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/ERP.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in multi-national or group companies.
Strong coordination skills with government entities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in HR projects.

Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
