Coordinates the Recruitment
Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
Serves a point of contact for new hires with questions arising during the onboarding process
Participates in the relocation of all overseas hires, including flight bookings, airport pick-up and hotel accommodation
Coordinates with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to ensure the registration and administration of the employees' benefit programs
Process the new hire orientation program
Process the contract renewals, resignations, terminations and probation completions
Provides advice, guidance and interpretation on the application of HR programs, policies and procedures
Professional development initiatives for UAE National employees
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Superiors

Qualifications :
1-2 Years HR Experience in UAE
Fluent in English language and Negotiation
Pay - AED 2500- AED 3000 per month
Proven work experience in Administration
Good knowledge of UAE Laws
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
