German Tech Motors seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional (as per the job requirements) with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle core HR functions efficiently. Candidates with a valid driving license will have an added advantage, as some travel may be required between office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
Support payroll processing with necessary documentation and attendance inputs
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training sessions and development programs
Handle employee grievances and escalate as necessary
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Participate in performance evaluation processes
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Visit branches if required (Driving license is an advantage)
Requirements:
Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of proven HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Female candidates preferred as per role requirements
Valid driving license is an added advantage
