Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience handling core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with UAE labor law and company policies
Support visa processing, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO/government portals
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
Experience with visa processing and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
Immediate availability or short notice period

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
