Coordinating with the PRO on all employment-related matters, including visa processing, renewals, labour cards, Emirates ID, and other government documentation
Managing and coordinating all company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, in line with approved policies and cost efficiency
Preparing travel itineraries and schedules based on authorized travel requests
Coordinating with insurance providers for employee insurance claims, card issuance, renewals, and cancellations
Creating, updating, and maintaining employee records within the ERP Oracle system
Liaising with local and overseas recruitment agencies and applicants to fulfill manpower requirements
Coordinating with outsourced manpower providers, submitting attendance records, and verifying invoices
Preparing purchase requests and receipt travellers in the ERP Oracle system for administrative goods and services
Monitoring staff attendance and maintaining accurate attendance records
Preparing monthly overtime and attendance reports and assisting with payroll processing
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is preferred
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
