1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal and non-legal positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create role-specific job descriptions.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Develop and implement an efficient onboarding program for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce firm policies, procedures, and culture.
Manage smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure staff well-being.
Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to improve employee engagement.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.
Ensure compliance with employment contracts, labor regulations, and internal policies.
Advise management on legal HR matters, including workplace ethics and anti-discrimination laws.
5. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking for all employees.
Support managers in evaluating staff performance and preparing performance improvement plans.
Monitor career development and succession planning for key roles.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research on compensation trends and recommend adjustments.
Manage employee contracts, salary letters, and related documentation.
7. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and training needs for staff, especially in legal compliance, soft skills, and leadership.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
8. Law Firm-Specific HR Support
Understand the structure and workflow of a law firm, including legal staff roles and billing considerations.
Support lawyers and paralegals with HR-related concerns without interfering with client matters.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal and HR information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
