HR Officer
to join our team and ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle for domestic workers as per Tadbeer standards
Handle employee onboarding, contracts, offer letters, and documentation
Coordinate with agencies and candidates for deployment and arrival
Maintain accurate HR files, MOL/MOHRE documents, and visa processing records
Ensure full compliance with Tadbeer policies, UAE Labor Laws, and MOHRE regulations
Assist with scheduling, attendance, leave management, and performance tracking
Address employee concerns professionally and maintain workplace discipline
Prepare HR reports, updates, and follow-up communications
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years experience in
Tadbeer
,
HR
, or
recruitment
(mandatory for certain centers)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM)
or Equivalent Professional Qualification
Strong knowledge of
MOHRE
rules, Tadbeer processes, and domestic worker procedures
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
