Job Description

1. HR Operations & Administration



Manage the full employee life cycle -- recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records in ERP systems, employee files, and local servers. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, memos, and certificates.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Management



Handle recruitment for both white- and blue-collar positions. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and approvals. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

3. Attendance & Leave Management



Monitor employee attendance and leave records across. Coordinate with managers for leave approvals and ensure updates in ERP and local records. Provide accurate attendance and leave data to the Accounts team for payroll processing.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration



Provide necessary HR documents such as attendance, leave details, salary revisions, and new employee data for accounts team to process payroll. Prepare and process employee entitlements such as leave salary and end-of-service settlements. Negotiate, finalize, and manage employee medical insurance across regions, including renewals and claims.

5. Legal Compliance & Government Relations



Manage MOHRE and other government-related applications (MOL List, Tawteen, Quota, WPS, Establishment Report, etc.). Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and other applicable regional regulations.

6. Employee Relations & Performance Management



Manage performance evaluation processes and prepare related documentation. Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Conduct HR and ERP-related trainings for staff when required.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a group or regional role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law; familiarity with other GCC regulations is an advantage. Proficient in ERP HR modules and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
