Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to manage our full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional responsible for overseeing recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, developing training programs, and ensuring legal compliance. This role is crucial in building a strong, compliant, and high-performing workforce within our dynamic F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
  • Develop and manage a seamless onboarding program for new hires to ensure a positive and engaging introduction to the company.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key F&B roles (chefs, servers, baristas, etc.).
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs across the organization in collaboration with department managers.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., customer service, health & safety, product knowledge).
  • Support departmental managers with team development and performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Manage and oversee the company's performance evaluation system, ensuring it is conducted fairly and consistently.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values.
Compliance & HR Administration:
  • Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement, communicate, and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports for management as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role, specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and training program development.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and performance evaluation processes.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.

  • Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
Education:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Language Skills:
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is a significant advantage.
