Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
Handle employee documentation, record keeping, and file management
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Support in employee engagement activities and internal communications
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Assist in performance review coordination and HR policy updates
Handle leave management, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
Liaise with PRO for visa processing when required
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documents
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
