HR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruitment
Plan, implement and manage the recruitment process of placing ads, screening candidate
doing telephonic interviews, conducting first round of interview. Finalising the final round of interview with the CEO
Create, implement and manage on-boarding plans.
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Payroll & Benefits Administration & Budgeting.
Understand the requirements regarding hiring, firing, and behavioural issues.
Review and evaluate benefit packages.
Employee Relation Activities
Arbitrate concerns and interactions between employees.
Provide counselling and support on company procedures.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Performance Appraisal
Manage in providing increments, incentives & other remuneration policies and ensure
that the employees are motivated or recognized for their efforts.
Employee retention - Retaining talented employees is the core functionality of the HR
team we cordially work out feasible plans to retain the employees.
Payroll
Providing monthly payroll inputs like number of new hires along with date of joining,
number of separations along with date of relieving, head count tally, leaves, LOP details,
Full and Final Settlements, Promotions and Increments, arrears.
Ensuring that the processed payroll is finally forwarded to the accounts team for payout.
Exit Formalities
Ensuring proper handover of the responsibilities and issuing of the clearance form
including tracking of assets to be handed over.
Providing full & final settlement statement of the exiting employee to the accounts
department.
Medical Insurance
Arranging the renewal of group insurance and individual insurance.
Clarify doubts regarding the network and support on insurance related queries.
HR Policy and Strategy Implementation
Preparation of HR Policy and ensuring the implementation.
