Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and end-of-service benefits.
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development programs.
Implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
Liaise with government authorities in coordination with PRO for visa processing and visa renewals, and other HR-related tasks.
Support the management with HR reporting and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3-4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English is a MUST
