Responsibilities:
  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases
  • Providing guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
  • Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Preparing HR reports and presenting findings to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in monitoring, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
