  • Efficiently manage leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
  • Oversee HR functions such as payroll processing, increment management, and coordination of training programs.
  • Maintain employee attendance records and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage overall employee data and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruit both blue and white-collar employees by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
  • Demonstrate understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Handle visa , including knowledge of visa processing, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Execute administrative tasks to support daily HR operations.
  • Address employee concerns and implement recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • To oversee and control monitoring of vehicles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a primary point of contact for management personnel, keeping them informed and organized regarding company activities
Note: Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE experience is mandatory and immediate joiners are preferred. Job Location : Al Qusais, Dubai
Educational Requirement : Graduate and above
Communication Skills : Should be able to speak both English& Hindi Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
