Job Description

:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company\'s objectives and goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while fostering a culture of employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution when needed.
  • Support the performance management process and drive initiatives for employee development and succession planning.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years\' experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management role in Property/Real Estate
  • Previous experience within a real estate brokerage firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to identify top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
