We are looking for a professional HR Officer to provide support in HR and Administrative functions. The candidate should have at least a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform complete recruitment process for various positions in the company from managing online job portals, efficiently screening candidates, endorsing to each department and actual hiring.
Facilitates on boarding process for new hires.
Maintains records of all HR Related Documents in a systematic manner.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
Coordinate with the employees regarding leave vacations and ticket bookings.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Join department meetings and events.
Support the team in processing of employment documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR & Administrative duties.
Completed Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resource management or related field.
Strong knowledge in recruitment and selection.
Knowledgeable in UAE Labor Law.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and focus in high-stress situations.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
