Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join the team. Candidates with experience as a generalist and payroll may apply. School experience preferred. Main duties are as below

  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll process
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Handling insurance-related issues
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Preparation of salary statement
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
  • Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Resolving grievances or queries of the employees
  • Preparing letters such as offer and contract
  • Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
  • Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates and schedule interviews.
