Job Title : HR Officer Work Location : Dubai Outsource City Reporting To : HR Manager /Director Operations The role is responsible for maintaining day to day visa administration and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support administration and HR operations. Will also be responsible to create accurate reports to be used by various levels of the Management. One will require to coordinate report requests with the requestor ensuring understanding of the request and inclusion of all elements; work directly with the operations team to increase knowledge and understanding of captured data, departmental process and work flow; train operations on system elements to improve and maintain accuracy of report requests. MIS Reporting Prepare intraday reports on staff attendance. Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage. Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain running report of attendance incidents. Analyze paid time off submissions and approve/deny based on their effect on operations. Monitor attendance and schedule adherence. Processes schedule trade requests for posted schedules Support Management in creating and developing reports. Improve and work towards standardization of the current MIS reporting to facilitate a more effective management by the respective supervisors.. Provide support for client requirements. Provide weekly/ monthly/adhoc MIS reports Ensure information handling practices are in compliance with relevant project internal guidelines. Create and maintain Management reports including end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reports used by various departments. Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned. HRMS Reporting Data entry of all joiners and leavers Updating of Salary/Status/Campaign change End of Service Booking for all leavers Updating on all other information as required Reports on every payroll (Joiners, Leavers, Status Change) Reporting for every end of the month (Nationality and Language for RTA, LFA Report for the entire staff, Joiners and Leavers) Send emails on employee confirmations Reconciliations on Annual, sick leaves etc as required Car parking benefits details to be updated regularly Payroll Management Prepare the following reports for the payroll: Joiners and leavers LFA Monthly Entitlement Parking Card reports Deductions Transportation Attendance deductions Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources especially in MIS in a large firm Job-Specific Skills: Time management skills.
