Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
Support payroll by preparing monthly attendance and HR data
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation
Coordinate training and development activities
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
Support visa, medical, and residency processes in coordination with PRO (if applicable)
Manage offboarding and exit formalities
Implement and update HR policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law compliance
Experience in recruitment and employee relations
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
