to support day-to-day human resources operations in compliance with
Qatar Labour Law
. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government-related documentation while ensuring smooth HR administration.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Government & Compliance
Process visas, QID, medicals, fingerprinting, and MOL documentation.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies.
Coordinate with literary agent / PRO for government-related tasks.
Employee Relations
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, attendance).
Assist in audits and management reporting as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience in Qatar
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
Qatar Labour Law
and visa procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction, contracting, or manufacturing sectors.
Arabic language skills (advantage).
Immediate availability or short notice period.
