Main Responsibilities:
Payroll:
Prepare and process monthly payroll, verify attendance, overtime, and deductions, and ensure accuracy before submission.
Recruitment:
Assist in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding procedures.
Administration:
Maintain employee records, handle document submissions, prepare HR letters, and support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of payroll and basic recruitment processes
Good communication and administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience in HR systems is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
