for our client in Doha. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with Qatar labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare employment contracts and handle HR documentation
Support performance management and staff development initiatives
Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals, transfers, and other government-related processes
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
Handle staff grievances and promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in Qatar (preferred)
Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
NOC should be available
Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining
