Key Responsibilities



Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection processes. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Maintain and update a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

Onboarding

Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. Conduct orientation sessions and provide new hires with necessary resources, tools, and company information. Monitor probationary periods and provide feedback to ensure successful assimilation.

Performance Evaluation

Implement and maintain performance management systems. Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting periodic evaluations. Provide training and guidance on effective feedback and performance improvement plans.

Payroll Administration

Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements. Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

Disciplinary and Judiciary File Management

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and investigations in accordance with company policies and legal standards. Maintain and manage records of disciplinary actions and judiciary matters securely and accurately. Provide advice to management on employee relations and legal compliance.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar role. Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
