Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer for a well-established organization in Qatar. The successful candidate will manage daily HR operations, support key HR functions, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while driving employee engagement and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently. Handle overseas recruitment and facilitate seamless onboarding. Administer leave settlements and end-of-service benefits. Oversee employee welfare, engagement, and development programs. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies. Support performance appraisals and employee development initiatives. Coordinate payroll and benefits processes with the Finance team.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, with proven expertise in overseas recruitment (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently. NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.
