Job Description

HR Officer Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the new staffs and follow-up for timely deployment of selected employees; coordinating necessary arrangements for airport pick-up, accommodation, meals facility for all employees.
  • Conduct joining formalities of the new staffs and inform corresponding operations as per agreed job offer/employment positions.
  • To administer and maintain employee records such as Passport Collections and Employee contracts, Food Handler Certificates.
  • Make necessary arrangements and provide uniforms for staff as per designation.
  • Provide logistic support for employee movements, as and when required.
  • To develop with line managers the HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • To plan and sometimes deliver, train, including inductions for new staff.
  • To manage sensitive and confidential matters like personnel related, employee related and organizational changes, planning and protect the security of information, data and files.
  • To assist the Manager in resolving various employees' personnel queries, provide necessary information to managers, employees and to other agencies or departments on labor rules and regulation affecting company operations.
  • To keep up to date information on current issues and matters in the organization related to HR and Administration department.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality and safe keeping of all company business documents.
  • To coordinate with HOD's on all day-to-day business-related correspondence and keep the Head of Human Resources informed on the matters.
  • To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
  • All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
  • Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives (as applicable to the department) to be followed and updated.
  • Responsible to perform any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager and to strictly maintain confidentiality of the company business dealings in accordance with Company's Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.
