Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
