Job Description

The Ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UAE labor law and be able to efficiently manage complete payroll process: Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll process.
  • Collect, calculate and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently within the prescribed timeline
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies, if any
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Collect weekly and monthly employee attendance reports from all the branches
  • Maintain and regularly update employee database (personal file, personal database, compensation, health and insurance, etc.) of each employee
  • Handle insurance-related processes such as addition, cancellation and renewal
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, insurance, deductions etc.
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the UAE in similar role
  • Knowledge of Oracle HR application is essential
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws
  • Proficient in Arabic and English language is a must.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
