Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Handle
UAE visa processing
activities including employment visa, renewal, cancellation, status change, medical, Emirates ID, and labour contracts
Liaise with
MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration, typing centers, and PROs
Maintain and update employee records, visa trackers, and HR databases
Ensure compliance with
UAE Labour Law
and company HR policies
Assist in employee relations, HR documentation, and coordination activities
Support payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave management (if required)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in HR, specifically in recruitment and visa processing
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage
