Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle employee reimbursements, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers. Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
Manage onboarding process for new hires (documents, contracts, ID setup).
Maintain employee records and contracts. Employee Relations & Support
Handle queries related to policies, attendance, or grievances.
Maintain and update employee records.
Organize team-building activities and HR-related events.
Leave & Attendance Management
Maintain leave records (annual, sick, emergency).
Monitor absences and late arrivals using attendance systems.
