Job Description
:
We are looking for a candidate who are having experience to work and take action independently.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience required in the UAE.
Minimum qualification Post Graduation/Graduation.
Key Responsibilities to handle:
Responsible to end to end recruitment
Responsible to monitor staff welfare activities to keep employees happy at work place
To be responsible for manpower planning and leave planning.
Responsible to monitor employee attrition / retention.
Responsible to monitor Visa process (Onboarding, Renewal & Cancellation).
To monitor employee training schedules.
Responsible to verify attendance timesheets on daily basis.
To coordinate with accounts team for smooth payroll process.
To coordinate with PRO for documentation for visa process (New Joiner, Renewals & Cancellation).
