Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding. Manage the development of job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interview processes, and job offers. Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with company goals, policies, and Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related processes and actions to remain legally compliant. Support the design and implementation of leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements where necessary. Lead organizational development efforts and support change management initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with privacy laws. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and data analysis for leadership. Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance reviews.

Qualifications: Education:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:



Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration. Experience in managing HR compliance, policies, and legal matters.

Skills & Abilities:



Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Empathetic and approachable, with a focus on employee welfare. Proactive and results driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
