Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
Coordinate staff performance evaluation processes and maintain related documentation.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and files.
Participate in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with MenaME or similar is an advantage).
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
