to lead our people strategy and shape the future of our workplace.What You'll Do:
Support the full recruitment cycle -- job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management. Coordinate training and development programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and company events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1+ year of HR experience
, preferably in real estate, property, or fast-paced service industries Strong knowledge ofUAE labor law
and local employment practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proactive, organized, and passionate about building great teamsWhy Join Us?
