Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Prepare and process employment contracts, renewals, and visa documentation.
Support payroll preparation and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Coordinate with PRO and government departments for employee documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
