Job Description
The HR Operations Officer supports day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, data management, and employee support. This role works closely with internal teams to deliver timely and efficient HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate documentation and prepare offer letters. Set up employee profiles and login credentials. Arrange workstations and assets. Conduct HR orientation and coordinate training enrollment. Communicate with departments to provide necessary resources for new joiners.
2. Offboarding
Manage resignation/termination process. Coordinate visa cancellations and asset recovery. Conduct exit interviews and finalize documentation. Ensure timely processing of final settlements and system removals.
3. Asset Management
Track and manage issuance and return of assets (laptops, phones, SIM cards, etc.). Coordinate with IT and other departments for asset provisioning.
4. General
Support compliance with HSE standards. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year and above of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and database management skills. Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
Experience with Odoo or similar HR systems is a plus.
KPIs:
Efficiency and accuracy of HR processes (onboarding/offboarding). Data integrity and timeliness. Completion rates for onboarding/offboarding tasks. Time-to-productivity and employee engagement for new hires.
