Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including full cycle of local & oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, Leave Management, Payroll, compensation & Benefits, and compliance. This role is vital in supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture and maximize employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Facilitate employee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Manage Employee leave records & prepare payroll. Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Support employee engagement initiatives and programs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends in the industry. Produce weekly and monthly management reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role in UAE.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills

Strong in HR compliance & Auditing

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
