Key Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower planning with project managers and site engineers.
Source, screen, and recruit skilled and unskilled workers, engineers, and administrative staff.
Manage onboarding processes including contracts, job offers, and induction programs.
Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries at head office and construction sites.
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.
Organize welfare activities and support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Work with supervisors to set performance targets for site-based staff.
Monitor employee productivity and address performance issues.
