We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Officer
to join our growing team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 3 years of HR experience specifically in the F&B sector
, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. leaves, attendance, absences)
Monitor compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts, warnings, and memos
Handle employee queries related to HR, benefits, and policies
Support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the F&B / hospitality industry (UAE Required)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Immediate availability is a strong advantage
