We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
HR Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour laws, payroll processing, Experience in Policies and Procedures Initiation/Development/Execution/Implementation and employee relations. This role is essential in ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant, fair, and support a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain compliance with labour laws and update policies accordingly.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
Solid knowledge of local
labour law
and HR best practices.
Experience in
payroll systems
and HRMS software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
