Job Description

Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs. Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and performance management. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and FM industry regulations. Maintain HR databases, employee files, and records as per audit requirements. Collaborate with operations teams to address manpower needs and resolve employee issues. Assist in training and development initiatives relevant to FM operations. Support payroll coordination and HR reporting activities. Support end-to-end recruitment for technical, administrative, and operations staff. Manage company SOPs and contribute to organizational structure and process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Pest Control, or Logistics. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance. Familiarity with operational workflows in FM companies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage. Additional Information
