The HR Officer - Onboarding & Employee Relations is responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and promoting a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices. The role also supports compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies. Desired Candidate Profile Coordinate pre-employment processes including document collection, visa processing, medicals, and contracts. Organize and deliver onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new hires. Create employee profiles in HRMS and ensure accurate data entry. Coordinate with IT, admin, and other departments for new joiner setup. Conduct regular check-ins with new employees during probation period. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns. Facilitate resolution of employee issues in line with UAE labor law and company policy. Support disciplinary and grievance procedures by preparing documentation and coordinating meetings. Promote positive employee engagement and assist with employee satisfaction surveys and initiatives. Maintain confidential records and reports related to employee relations cases. Ensure all employee files are up to date and compliant with legal and internal audit requirements. Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Assist in internal HR audits and labor inspections. Maintain accurate HR metrics and prepare reports related to onboarding and employee relations.
