We are currently looking for a Human Resources Personnel to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for HR and a solid background in the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll and employee benefits
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Support performance evaluations and training programs
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience (preferably in the construction sector)
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
