Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Coordinating the onboarding process including documentation, visa processing, and orientation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support in implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Monitor and address attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary issues.
Collect, verify, and process monthly timesheets.
Maintain records of leave, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure all employee records are updated and comply with UAE labor laws.
Assist in processing visas, renewals, medicals, and Emirates ID applications.
Coordinate with PRO for timely government-related documentation.
Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
Support in implementing the performance appraisal process.
Track and report KPIs and performance-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in facility management or pest control industry.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Fluent in English; Hindi or other languages is a plus.
