Ensure accuracy and completeness of visa application forms and supporting documents.
Maintain up-to-date records of visa status, expiry dates, and renewal timelines.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and concerns.
Work closely with managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach to employee relations across departments.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
Monitor workplace morale and culture, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
Support communication between management and employees to promote transparency and trust.
Language: English & Arabic (Mandatory) Urdu/Hindi (would be a plus)
