Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:
  • Managing and overseeing end to end onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition teams to understand and manage upcoming hires.
  • Working closely with HR Operations to ensure that all new hires have the necessary IT equipment and access to systems and software necessary for their role.
  • Supporting the HR function for a regional area or division.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to employees and company objectives; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Manager.
  • Participating in Talent Acquisition meetings to support on ETA and mobilization updates on each candidate.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and the leadership group.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge and understanding of the local labor market and requirements.
  • Supporting the HR function for a regional area or division.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to employees and company objectives; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Professional HR Memberships i.e. SHRM or CIPD are preferred.
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.and excellent time management skills.
  • Extensive experience in onboarding practices.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
  • Knowledge of UAE employment laws.
