Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment, managing employee relations, and other related tasks in Human Resources department. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in HR Operations and Recruitment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Experience in job description development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Experience in the UAE market or with international corporations is a plus
- Can join immediately and willing to work in Abu Dhabi
- No working experience in HR Operations & Recruitment (UAE) need not apply.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Do you have UAE experience in HR Operations and Recruitment?
- Do you have minimum 5 years UAE experience in HR?
