Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, pension schemes, and Emiratization policies. Responsibilities:

HR Administration and Operations: Handle all aspects of HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a healthy work environment. Payroll Processing: Utilize your expertise in UAE payroll processing to accurately calculate and administer employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with local regulations. Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans. Training and Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives. Emiratization: Stay updated on Emiratization policies and programs, ensuring compliance and implementing initiatives to promote the employment of UAE nationals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Exchange House Experience (Advantage): If you have experience working in an exchange house, you will have an advantage in this role. You will be responsible for managing HR operations within the exchange house setting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the UAE. Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, pension schemes, and Emiratization policies. Strong experience in payroll processing in the UAE. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
